I think I’m kind, thoughtful, and considerate.

What are some of your favourite things to do on the weekends, Louise?

I love family days out, going to the cinema with my little boy or camping. It's such good fun.

Louise, what motivates you at work?

A good, exciting project and being around like-minded people. It’s great to bounce ideas off others who share the same values and are easy to talk to.

Are you a coffee or tea person, Louise?

Normally, coffee. But when I was pregnant, I craved tea, which I never drank before. I do enjoy a good iced coffee as well.

Louise, what's one thing that you're really bad at?

Maybe doubting myself sometimes, even when there’s no reason to.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies, Louise?

I can bake. I always make my son’s birthday cakes. He loves rainbows, so I make cakes with seven different coloured sponges. I also bake cheesecake and other treats like school cake.

Louise, what is the best advice you've ever heard?

Always follow your instinct. If it’s telling you something, it’s most likely right.
