Millets Farm is a destination farm shop and family attraction based in Oxfordshire, offering shopping, events, activities, seasonal experiences and hospitality throughout the year.

With multiple departments, events and visitor experiences operating across the business, Paid Social plays an important role in promoting campaigns, increasing awareness and driving purchases across key areas of the site.

Challenge

Millets Farm needed Paid Social campaigns that could support multiple areas of the business at once, from events and family activities through to wider awareness campaigns and seasonal promotions.

With several campaigns running simultaneously, the focus was not simply on reach, but on generating measurable purchases, revenue and returns across a range of campaign objectives.

We were worried about working with an agency based 150 miles away from us. Our farm centre is very unique, with a mixture of leisure and retail, so we were nervous about Surge getting us as a business.
