Bocketts Farm Park is a much-loved, family-run farm attraction in Surrey that has been welcoming visitors since 1992.
With more than 300,000 people through the gates each year, it has become one of the UK’s leading farm parks, combining hands-on animal experiences with indoor and outdoor play, tractor rides, seasonal events, and family entertainment.
As visitor expectations grow, digital channels are often the first step in the journey. Families begin their experience online, discovering the attraction, finding information, and booking tickets.
For Bocketts, this meant the website needed to reflect the same quality and energy that families experience on-site.
The previous website was over a decade old. It was clunky to update, lacked mobile optimisation, and offered little integration with booking or marketing systems.
This left the team with a major challenge: while the on-site visitor experience was high quality, the online journey felt outdated. Families struggled to plan their day, and without ecommerce tracking, Bocketts had no clear data on sales or marketing performance.
Bocketts needed a modern digital platform that could improve usability, capture data, and create a smoother journey from browsing to booking.
We just simply didn’t have the time or expertise to manage our digital marketing in-house. It’s great to have everything managed under one company, from the social media ad management, videography, graphic design, and now the website project.

We worked with Bocketts to design and launch a brand-new website in May 2025, built around the needs of families and the goals of the attraction.
The new design puts the visitor journey front and centre. Families can now find everything they need, from animals and play zones to seasonal events and ticketing in just a few clicks.
Clear calls-to-action guide users naturally through to booking, while bold visuals and refreshed content capture the scale and personality of the farm.
A mobile friendly approach made sure the website was accessible for the majority of users who plan their trips on phones, while full ecommerce tracking was implemented for the first time, giving Bocketts accurate visibility over sales, product performance, and campaign results.
Bocketts Farm Park now has a website that finally reflects the scale of their much-loved family attraction.
The new site is easy to use, packed with clear information on animals, activities, and events, and makes booking tickets simple from start to finish.
Since launch, engaged sessions have grown by 33%, engagement rate has risen by 43%, and families are spending 135% longer exploring the site. With a 5% conversion rate, it is already performing above industry benchmarks and proving its value.
Bocketts now has a digital presence that matches the quality of the on-site experience helping families plan, book, and enjoy their day out with confidence.
