When Your Website Creates More Work

A lot of attraction websites look fine on the surface.

They’ve got the right pages. The branding looks good. The information is there.

But once you get into the day-to-day, they can create more problems than they solve.

Renewals take too long. Event bookings feel clunky. Teams end up managing the same information in multiple places. Simple tasks become manual jobs, and that eats into time fast.

That was part of the challenge with NFAN.

As a membership organisation supporting over 300 farm attractions across the UK, they needed more than a website refresh. They needed a platform that actually made life easier for both members and the internal team.

So the work focused on more than design.

It meant simplifying member journeys, improving how events are managed, reducing duplicate data entry, and bringing key parts of the system together in one place.

Memberships, bookings, payments, communications, reporting.

All connected. All working properly.

Because that’s the real difference. A website should not just look better. It should remove friction, reduce admin, and help the organisation run more smoothly.

When the setup is right, your team spends less time battling systems and more time doing the work that matters.

That’s what a good website should do.
